# Team

> Invite teammates to a WhatsApp number and choose what they can manage.

**Manage Team** shares one WhatsApp number with other people. Only the number owner can invite teammates. Standard includes 5 seats. Premium includes 15. Seats are the people invited to the number, not dashboard logins on other numbers.

## Invite someone

**1. Select the number**

Open **Manage Team** while the WhatsApp number you want to share is selected.

**2. Send the invite**

Enter the teammate's email and choose a role. **Admin** and **Member** are the two roles. You can also grant **Manage automations**, **Manage AI bot**, and **Manage developer app**.

**3. Wait for acceptance**

The invite email comes from GreenTick. The membership stays pending until they accept. You can resend the email from the team list after the resend window opens.

A teammate only sees the numbers they were invited to. Revoking a membership removes their access to that number. It does not delete contacts, templates, or chat history.

> **Manage developer app** lets that person create and revoke API keys for the WhatsApp Business account. Grant it only to people who should hold those keys.
