# WhatsApp Flows

> Collect a registration, booking, or other form inside the WhatsApp chat.

A Flow is a form that opens inside WhatsApp. Customers can register, book, or answer questions without leaving the chat.

Open **Flows**. Standard includes 5 Flows. Premium includes unlimited Flows.

## Create and publish

**1. Build the Flow**

Add the screens and fields on **Flows**. A new Flow is a draft.

**2. Publish**

Publish the Flow before you send it. Drafts cannot be sent to customers. Meta only allows a delete while the Flow is still a draft.

**3. Send it**

Send a published Flow from a template, a broadcast, an automation, or the chat during an open customer service window.

Submissions are stored on the Flow. You can review them in the dashboard. Deprecating a Flow stops new sends. It does not delete submissions you already have.
