# Send a click-to-WhatsApp conversion with MCP

> Report a QualifiedLead or Purchase conversion for click-to-WhatsApp chats. The assistant sends the event only after you ask.

`send_ad_conversions` reports a conversion for chats that started from a click-to-WhatsApp ad. Catalogs and click-to-WhatsApp ads are on Standard and Premium. The assistant sends the event only after you ask. It does not treat a chat as a purchase on its own.

## Ask this

For a purchase, name the amount:

## What the assistant calls

**1. Find the ad chats**

`list_ads` lists click-to-WhatsApp ads that started chats on this phone number. `list_conversations` supplies the conversation ids. The assistant does not invent an id.

**2. Send the event**

`send_ad_conversions` takes `eventName` of `QualifiedLead` or `Purchase`, and `conversationIds` with 1 to 50 ids. `Purchase` may include `currency` and `value`.
