# Send a WhatsApp Flow and read submissions with MCP

> Validate, publish, and send a WhatsApp Flow from an assistant, then read the form submissions. Starter plans do not include Flows.

A Flow is a form inside WhatsApp. The assistant saves a static draft, and it publishes or sends only after you ask. Standard includes 5 Flows. Premium includes unlimited Flows. Starter does not include them.

## Ask this

```text theme={null}
Create a draft Flow named "Appointment" with one screen that asks for a preferred date. Validate it and stop. Do not publish or send it.
```

After you accept the draft:

```text theme={null}
Publish the Appointment Flow and send it to +14155550123 with the body "Pick a time that works for you."
```

Later:

```text theme={null}
List submissions for the Appointment Flow. Do not message those people.
```

## What the assistant calls

**1. Draft**

`validate_flow` checks the Flow without calling Meta. `create_flow` saves the draft. A draft blocks `send_flow` until `publish_flow` succeeds.

**2. Publish and send**

`publish_flow` runs only after you ask. `send_flow` sends a published Flow to one `to` number. `body` is required.

**3. Read answers**

`list_flow_submissions` lists submissions. `limit` is at most 200. This read does not send a follow-up.

`delete_flow` deletes a draft. Meta rejects delete after the Flow is published. Tool fields are on [Flows](https://docs.greentick.ai/mcp/flows.md).
