# Set up your WhatsApp profile

> Set the display name, logo, and business info customers see on your WhatsApp number.

Your WhatsApp profile is what customers see when you message them: display name, logo, and business details. You edit it in WhatsApp Manager after the number is [connected](https://docs.greentick.ai/connect-whatsapp.md).

## Edit the profile

**1. Open Settings**

Go to [business.facebook.com](https://business.facebook.com/) and click **Settings**.

**2. Open WhatsApp accounts**

Click **Accounts**, then **WhatsApp accounts**, and pick the account to edit.

**3. Open the phone number**

Click **WhatsApp Manager**, select the phone number, and open the **Profile** tab.

**4. Upload your logo**

Click the profile picture and upload your business logo. A square image works best.

**5. Change the display name**

Click **Edit** next to **Display name**, enter your official brand name, and click **Submit**. Meta reviews display name changes, usually within a few hours.

**6. Fill in business info**

Add a username if it is offered for your account. Then fill in **category**, **description**, **address**, **email**, and **website**.

**7. Link Facebook and Instagram, then save**

Connect your Facebook Page and Instagram account to the number, then click **Save**.

> Choose the display name carefully. Every change goes back to Meta for review.
