Catalogs and ads

Catalogs and click-to-WhatsApp ads are on Standard and Premium. Product images must be files you already have. The assistant does not generate a product image.

Catalogs

Tool	What it does
`list_catalogs`	Lists commerce catalogs on this WhatsApp account.
`list_catalog_products`	Lists products in one catalog. `limit` is at most 100.
`create_catalog_product`	Creates a product. Pass `name` and an image you already have as `imageUrl` or `mediaId`. Optional `description`, `brand`, `retailerId`, `price`, `currency`, and `availability`.
`update_catalog_product`	Updates one product by `productId`. On failure, the assistant fixes the named field and calls this tool again.
`delete_catalog_product`	Deletes one product.
`list_catalog_orders`	Lists catalog orders that arrived in chat. Optional `phoneNumberRef` and `limit` up to 100.

Name, description, and brand must fit get_limits. A failed upload_media blocks create_catalog_product until a complete catalog file is uploaded. Catalog file rules are on Media. Sending a catalog or product into an open chat uses the inbox tools on Inbox, and only after you ask.

list_ads lists click-to-WhatsApp ads that started chats on this phone number. send_ad_conversions sends a conversion only after you ask. eventName is QualifiedLead or Purchase. conversationIds is 1 to 50 conversation ids. Purchase may include currency and value.
