A Flow is a form inside WhatsApp. The assistant saves a static draft, and it publishes or sends only after you ask. Standard includes 5 Flows. Premium includes unlimited Flows. Starter does not include them.

Draft

validate_flow checks the Flow without calling Meta. create_flow saves the draft. A draft blocks send_flow until publish_flow succeeds.

Publish and send

publish_flow runs only after you ask. send_flow sends a published Flow to one to number. body is required.

Read answers

list_flow_submissions lists submissions. limit is at most 200. This read does not send a follow-up.
delete_flow deletes a draft. Meta rejects delete after the Flow is published. Tool fields are on Flows.
