Team tools return the ids assign_conversation needs. A person uses assigneeType user. A team uses assigneeType team. A bot id still comes from AI bots.

Tool	What it does
`list_teammates`	Lists people. Pass `teammates[].id` with `assigneeType` `user`. The owner id is an email. A member id is that person’s user id. The same call also includes `teams[].id`.
`list_teams`	Lists teams only. Pass `teams[].id` with `assigneeType` `team`.
`assign_conversation`	Assigns one conversation. `assigneeType` is `unassigned`, `user`, `bot`, or `team`. `unassigned` does not need an id.

phoneNumberRef is optional when the account has one number. Use the ref from list_phone_numbers when it has more than one. assign_conversation checks the id before it saves. A person who is not in list_teammates returns TEAMMATE_NOT_FOUND and the chat stays where it was. A team that is not in list_teams returns TEAM_NOT_FOUND. A successful person assignment sets assigneeLabel to that person’s name, such as Tech Twos, not the raw id or email. An invalid assigneeType returns those four values. assigneeType in the tool schema is unassigned, user, bot, or team. Do not invent a person id or a team id. Call the list tool first.
