Open Integrations in the dashboard. Google Sheets is available. HubSpot, Make, n8n, Zapier, and Zoho are listed as coming soon. You can still call the Developer API from your own server, and you can connect the MCP server with an API key.

Google Sheets

The add-on WhatsApp Message Automation: GreenTick sends an approved template when a spreadsheet event fires.
1

Install the add-on

Install WhatsApp Message Automation: GreenTick from Google Workspace Marketplace. The setup guide is on greentick.ai.
2

Paste an API key

Create a key in Developer. In the sheet, open Extensions → Add-ons → WhatsApp Message Automation: GreenTick → Open automations and paste the gt_live_… key. The key is stored in that spreadsheet’s document properties.
3

Map a rule

Row 1 is the header. Map columns to the template’s named variables and choose a trigger: new row, column change, date is today, a daily or weekly schedule, or a Google Form submit. A spreadsheet can have up to 20 rules.
For a new row rule, rows that already existed when you saved the rule are not sent. The add-on does not write send results back into cells. Recent triggers show in the sidebar, and delivery status shows in Live Chat. If the plan expires, GreenTick turns every rule off and keeps the key. After you renew, set the rules back to active.

Tools marked coming soon

The Integrations page does not connect these yet:
  • HubSpot
  • Make
  • n8n
  • Zapier
  • Zoho
When they ship, each one will ask for the same Developer API key and will register webhooks under Developer → Webhooks. Until then, use POST /v1/messages and webhooks from your own app. The MCP server is separate from that card. Connect it with the same API key. See MCP.
Pabbly is not listed in the dashboard. Use the API directly if you need a custom connection.
