The API is included on Starter, Standard, and Premium. An expired plan returns 403 with code PLAN_EXPIRED until you renew.
Base URL
GET /v1/health does not need a key. Every other route needs Authorization: Bearer gt_live_….

Create a key
Open Developer, choose the WhatsApp Business account, enter a Key name, and click Create API key. The secret is shown once. Store it in a secret manager. The dashboard keeps only a prefix after that. If Developer says the section is in progress, key creation is turned off in that environment. Email hello@greentick.ai if you need it enabled.A key is scoped to the WhatsApp Business account you selected. When that account has more than one phone number, pass
phoneNumberRef from GET /v1/phone-numbers on send and list calls. If the account has a single number, GreenTick can use that number when the field is omitted.
