Log in with the personal Facebook account of the business owner, not a team member’s or agency’s account.
Create the portfolio

Log in as the business owner
Go to business.facebook.com and log in with the business owner’s Facebook account.

Open Meta Business Suite
You land on the Meta Business Suite home screen. Accept the terms if Meta asks.

Create the portfolio
Click Create account or Get started. Enter your business name, your name, and your business email address, then click Submit.

Add your Facebook Page
Select an existing Facebook Page or create one for the business. This links the page to the portfolio.

Add your Instagram account (optional)
Click Add Instagram account, sign in, and confirm. You can skip this and add it later from Settings.
