Edit the profile

Open Settings
Go to business.facebook.com and click Settings.

Open WhatsApp accounts
Click Accounts, then WhatsApp accounts, and pick the account to edit.

Open the phone number
Click WhatsApp Manager, select the phone number, and open the Profile tab.

Upload your logo
Click the profile picture and upload your business logo. A square image works best.

Change the display name
Click Edit next to Display name, enter your official brand name, and click Submit. Meta reviews display name changes, usually within a few hours.

Fill in business info
Add a username if it is offered for your account. Then fill in category, description, address, email, and website.

Link Facebook and Instagram, then save
Connect your Facebook Page and Instagram account to the number, then click Save.
