Meta checks the details in your business portfolio during business verification. Fill them in first.
Your legal business name, address, and website must match your official documents exactly. Mismatched details are the most common reason verification is delayed or rejected.

Add your business details

Log in to Meta Business Suite

Go to business.facebook.com and log in with the account that owns the business portfolio.

Open Business info

Click Settings in the left sidebar, then open Business info.

Edit the details

Click Edit and fill in every field: legal business name, country, street address, town or city, region, postcode, and business phone number.

Match your official documents

Type the legal name exactly as it appears on your registration or tax documents, such as a GST certificate or incorporation certificate. Small differences in spacing or punctuation can fail verification.

Save

Click Save. Meta uses these details during verification.
